You're right, I should probably define it more. It's not just their partners they'd lay their hands on, it could be their friends, family. If someone is willing to destroy $1000 worth of technology because of Overwatch, the people around them should be careful. And if you don't want to be part of this generalization, don't get violent over a loss.

Did you know that domestic violence reports go way up during major sporting events? There's plenty of reports showing how violent people get from games like FIFA and the super bowl. If they're willing to destroy inanimate objects, they're willing to hit someone.

I have NEVER thrown a controller or damaged any property as a result of a loss in a game and I’m a dark souls player. However, it’s ridiculous to compare the worth of a game to a human. You have a point but the expression of it sucks. Games and consoles are replaceable a billion times over but you can never replace a human. Also you SHOULD treat your devices and people differently

I joke tho, remotes are expensive. I aint got time to break it further. Got hella replacement parts on hand cheap from amazon tho. Do recommend.
