What you said is literally the fundamental lesson of abstinence-only sex education, that the way to not get pregnant (or get STIs but that’s aside from the point) is to just not have sex. Which sure, is technically correct, but it does nothing. People are still horny. Adding shame into the mix for not doing the obvious thing doesn’t change that, it just makes things more confusing and complicated
