No it’s not. If you have a preference based on something someone can’t control, you have no right to get angry if they ah e a preference based on something you 𝙘𝙖𝙣 control.

This debate is not about whether you can control it or not. I also have medical conditions that affect my weight. What I’m saying is, when we compare what reasons the majority of people use for wanting a certain weight versus a certain height it’s different. When it’s weight related it’s looks. When it’s height related it tends to be about less visual things.

It’s still something you can’t control. But I mean it doesn’t always equal the same thing. In my experience, AND MY EXPERIENCE ALONE, people I know who prefer a certain height prefer it less for aesthetic reasons and more comfort. Getting hugs, cuddling, their own height…people who have preferred a certain weight have preferred for things like looks. That’s what I mean.

Weight is absolutely something you can control, except for the incredibly low percentage of people with a legit medical condition. Besides, I live a very active lifestyle (lots of long distance hiking and such) and I like that my boyfriend is in good shape so he can participate with me.
