Gun control can’t hapn in USA. Too easy to 3d print guns now and guns were already well into circulation nationwide since nations inception. Only uninformed leftists, fascists, and republikkkans who want to paint us as “gun grabbing commies” support this.
Right…and gun control WILL lower mass shootings and deaths by guns, but “yall ain’t ready for that conversation.”

I thought there was already legislation in place about the 3d prints guns?

Works for other countries. And they do have ability to 3D print guns. Its refusal to consider and attempt it that makes it impossible.

Legislation to attempt restrict 3d printers is about as effective as putting a band aid on a gun shot wound buddy.

Shit i could make a pipe rifle or shotgun with a simple trip to a hardware store. Printer just makes the gun prettier and easier.

Well it also makes it considerably easier to make more intricate pieces for guns such as actual firing pins and feed mechanisms.

I would also love for you to state which nations this is, because I have yet to hear of a single one that has restricted CAD access to weapons.

They arent going to be able to unless they state maybe north korea. Where we have no actual data or citizens that likely even own a 3d printer for that matter.

Refusal to attempt to do the impossible is entirely logical. Your argument is a fallacy and also lacks sources. Also brazil has no 3d printers im aware of but no shortage of pipe weaponry etc. many nations the presence of printers and restrictions on them will do nothing cause guns are already everywhere as is the knowledge to smith em

Philippines has a weapon issue too. I dont think that one is well known. Lots of DIY bang bangs.

I think you’re missing the point. Other countries say Australia, Finland, Switzerland, UK… they don’t have the same level of gun violence and they have gun control. People there can 3D guns, but just because it can be done doesn’t mean those countries abandon all gun control.

But unless an attempt is made you don’t know it’s impossible. Background checks, waiting periods, required safes can reduce gun violence. It’s indisputable that accidental deaths from guns (such as children shooting) can be avoided through basic things like requiring it be locked up and stored unloaded.
