Former dollar tree worker here, when you come up to us with your $5 toothpaste and ask us to take it off because you thought it was $1.50 we have two options. Void it- we only get 10 a day and we get in trouble when we use them or We can rescan all your items or do a return at the end in which case we need to call a manager. people are dumb, no one uses them and they should.
