Yes it does - anything under 5 is too small. 6 and up you are good to go.

some people prefer 3-5 majority of girls ik prefer 4-6 and some prefer bigger but can be satisfied depending on how you move (know the differences between angles, speed, and pressure/force)

Everyone is different but it may take getting used to! I rocked with 6in the first time and was good for the year I dated him. Now I’m with 10in and couldn’t be happier, but I def wouldn’t have been able to handle it before.
