OP agreed to hang out that night with the very clearly communicated expectation of no sex which he agreed to. He could’ve had an amazing time hanging out and possibly a relationship if he didn’t ask for the one thing OP said they wouldn’t do. This is fully on him, if he’s lonely it’s his own fault.
