Everyone saying sue him or report him. have yall never been in this? It’s hell to sue and report and 9/10 you’ll lose cuz he’s a male. It’s never just as easy as going to a cop and saying officer he raped me and getting justice. Mind you it also can take years in trial just for u to lose. Not only is stealthing a crime, if he knowingly had an std and did not inform you, that is also a crime. Certain stds have to be reported to the state health department, so even if u don’t want to deal with the legal process, u can at least make him on the health department watchlist.

Unfortunately it’s really hard to press charges for that, the problem isn’t proving they gave you an std, it’s proving they took the condom off without your knowledge. Intent is really hard to prove in court

Talking to a detective about SA is literally so humiliating in my experience. But it’s guaranteed that he will do this to someone else. It’s definitely up to you on what you do, you could sue for emotional damages if you don’t want pursue criminal charges
