Highly recommend taking an online class. Any infection along the tract can cause hematuria or hematospermia. Less in the semen if it's a bladder infection tho

prostate produces seminal fluid, which is the liquid part of semen. it’s what carries the sperm. the reason prostates are associated with peeing is because the prostate is pretty much wrapped around the urethra, so if you have a prostate problem or it gets inflamed or something, the first sign is usually that you have frequency or other problems peeing.
