Yes, you asked for your partner to wear a condom and they refused. That could lead to unwanted pregnancy and other complications. But you consented with use of a condom, you didn’t consent without use of a condom

its also a crime because he wouldnt have gotten you pregnant but couldve given you an sti/std.,,, proceeding w/o a condom after your partner specifically asked you to (or even if you know you have an sti/std) is a whole nother crime itself

most will show up quickly on tests but others can take a while,,, i would go in a week and then again in a month,,, if everything comes up clean after that you should be good to go but it never hurts to get tested regularly especially if youre hooking up :)

Pregnancy is still possible, just significantly lower Bigger concern is risk of spreading a STI Much higher risk due to the delicacy of the tissue and lack of natural lubrication I love anal, but ya gotta know how to be safe and make it enjoyable
