Xulane Transdermal Patch. I’ve had zero problems with it and it’s helped a lot with hormonal acne, period pains, and regulating flow. It’s my first time on birth control and I did have some spotting for a few weeks.

The depo shot is the worst thing you could do to your body

Seconding the patch. I thought I would hate but I love it so much and it’s so easy and never comes off. First time in my life having a regular period after bc pills and nexplanon

You legit can’t use it longer than two years cause it causes bone density loss and you can gain like 200 pounds. My gynos are highly against it

I really love how easy it is to maintain the schedule with just a singular patch change once a week 3 times a month and the option to skip your period by placing a new patch on the 4th week 🥹

Tbh I remembered three days late this week to switch my patch 💀 but I haven’t had sex in two weeks so I’m good but it’s so unnoticeable that I forget

there’s also a class action lawsuit with depo right now about it increasing the likelihood of people developing meningiomas (i have 0 idea if i spelled that right or am remembering this with accuracy)
