As someone who has been through sa trauma this is rape and if he didn’t have the decency to make sure you were okay that’s a whole other red banner (flag is too small). Also the fact that you can’t consent when passed out. If you don’t feel safe go and get a rape kit and provide evidence to the police. I wish I had gone and now it’s 8 months later and too late. I’ve had ex’s that are into light choking but I’ve never gone so far to make them pass out and if they did I’d immediately check with them and get them the proper medical attention. if you didn’t already consent to him continuing if a situation like that occurred, it’s sexual assault. even so, I’ve told my boyfriend that if I pass out, I want him to keep going and he says he’s not comfortable with that so the fact that your boyfriend didn’t even think twice about it is a major red flag.

If you didn’t CLEARLY establish that it is ok for him to keep going after you’re unconscious it is rape. I have been with girls who have established BEFOREHAND that they would like for me to keep going should they lose consciousness but it is very very important that such a thing is well communicated and established beforehand which would fall under the category of cnc but cnc without consent isn’t cnc at all, it’s just rape
