What should I do if I cannot have an orgasm because my medication is preventing me from reaching it?

If you mean with a partner, be honest and upfront with them, and focus more on the journey than the destination. As a male on SSRIs and who just typically gets nervous, I’ve never finished with a partner, but every time has been a blast (maybe because it’s so infrequent, I’m just happy to be there). Solo play? Maybe a similar philosophy, or find other means of stimulation, like erotic audio or literature.

Yeah, sorry, I wish I had better advice. If I think of anything else, I’ll try to let you know. But I can sorta relate. Sometimes, I just give up and call it a day. Other times I just go for extra long until I finish.

Aye, you’re the first person I’ve met even on yikyak who also deals with this! It can be frustrating and embarrassing, but I’ve found my partner to be surprisingly chill about it and I’ve learned to enjoy the experience so much more instead of treating it as a race to a goal

Also, a secret superpower of ours: if the only thing stopping you is eventually getting tired, you can usually last way longer than you would if you’d finished 😉
