Lost my virginity to a girl who lied to me abt her virginity bc she told me after the fact that she could have chlamydia. And she had the nerve to block me before I could block her. Ouch.
(Thankfully I tested negative)
Isn’t it illegal to have sex with someone without disclosing if you have or may have an STD before hand?

I am just waking up so my statement could be wrong but she has sex with you knowing she could have chlamydia?

Yes, she lied about it just so she could have sex with me. I think she’s already in jail for other things though

very much so

In some places it may not be, from the reasoning that criminalizing this will make it less likely for perpetrators to fess up and give the victims the knowledge they need to get care. It’s kind of a shitty conundrum

Sadly not, I live in California and it’s only if it’s unprotected sex and only if your intention is to infect the other person.

That said even if it’s not illegal you’re still liable and I would grant someone a bunch in damages(if the STI was permanent).
