I took adderall almost everyday for like 8 years that shit is terrible for your brain. I was emotionally blunted and disassociated the entire time but I didn’t realize until I got off the addy. I almost don’t remember that entire part of my life.

I’m prescribed Ritalin XR now (Concerta) and the way Ritalin works on your brain is ever so slightly different (ie. addy gives you more dopamine, Ritalin gives you more receptors to absoborb and keep dopamine) and it’s been working great for years
