This all day long. The need for trust, open communication, and going SLOW, like it’s not anal for a little while (like multiple nights over time), it’s just prep and getting comfortable with what to expect and knowing how your body is going to react. Yeah, not really if you are actually doing it correctly with prep and lube. There is a higher risk of infection transmission than PiV, but is about the same with a condom Pretty much everyone that is sexually active has at least one strain of hpv
