Anyone know of a way to organize and play your own audio files similar to Spotify or Apple Music? Kinda annoying having to mess around in voice memos

I usually just put them on bandlab private projects. If you have a windows computer, putting audio files in the built-in music folder organizes them like a playlist when you open them in the media player.

Is there a way to download or play on your phone?
