A good place to start is figuring out how many days a week you can afford to be in the gym. If it’s three then you need workouts that’ll hit pretty much every muscle. If it’s four you can do an upper lower split. If it’s five, you can do an ULPPL split. If it’s six, do PPL. Rest days you can implement wherever necessary, but you should always have at least one rest day a week
