So I’ve lost like 18lbs and that’s all good and all but I’m getting tired of going to the gym and cal deficit like I’m just so sleepy every day and I get 8 hrs so I don’t understand what’s going on. I wanna lose weight so ofc I go to the gym but I’m tired

Take a week off. Maintain your diet but take a week off then come back. You’re body may just need a rest

If you hit a plateau do a reset. Go back to your regular calorie intake and just do stretches/recovery for about a week and then jump back into it. It’s just your metabolism catching up with your progress so you need a reset
