oh yeah bro itโ€™s the worst right when you start. Eventually you might get to a point where you arenโ€™t even sore, or at least negligibly sore the next day

After the first bit it will go away. I recommend if you are extremely sore after workout so much so that you can barely use those muscles, you should dial it back in how many sets you do. If you build up to it that is a lot better.

nah man literally. I fell into the trap of skipping legs and once I finally hit them, deadass couldnโ€™t walk for a week. Give it a few weeks, hydrate well, and it gets wayyy better. Make sure ur sleeping good too like shoot for 8hrs
