How do you guys eat well? Workout? Do classes and work? Any tips? I so badly want to commit. I’m just so afraid of burnout because I catch it sooo easily.

It’s really just about trial and error and finding a schedule and workout plan that fits, it’s not gonna be perfect at the start but eventually you will find a rhythm and it becomes easier
