Yes they're very visible. Even when I wake up hella bloated. If you build chunky blocky abs, they defy the body fat rules. Probably not if you're like really overweight, but as long as you're pretty fit, it works. Ppl take 'abs are made in the kitchen' way too far and forget that core muscles are still muscles that can be trained and grown.
