Also bad mental health here. I can only get myself out of bed sometimes for the schedule stuff like class. So if you make gym an everyday at this time ''must be there' thing it's easier to go. Rest day can be active rest like treadmill just to keep the schedule. That's just how I do it tho

Having a weekly schedule is key! Routine is the easier way to ease back into it!!!
