How much protein are y'all consuming on the daily? I wanna see if I'm doing too much

1 gram per pound of body weight. Im 180lbs so I hit at least 180

“Too much” is only really a thing if you have a set amount of calories to eat and excessive protein keeps you from being able to meet the goals of your other macronutrients. As long as you are getting a proper/healthy amount of carbs and fats in addition to your protein, there isn’t really such a thing as “too much” but maybe “unnecessary” after a certain point

120 is my average, some days a little more some days a little less. i just try to make sure i get a good protein source with every meal or snack i have

I was doing 160-190 at 190 lbs, I switched to eating 200+ while dropping to 180 and felt way better.

I think anything under 1 gram per pound and you’re missing out on benefits.
