I do 2 sets of a heavy vertical pull 4-8 reps then I do more vertaical work 10-12 reps a horizontal pull 6-8 reps some time of curl 8-10 reps and I switch my rear Delt movement for 2 sets of 12-15 reps

I do weighted calisthenics so I change my vertical strength movement to neutral wide and or chin-ups

Some respond to it some don’t for me I respond well to it just focus on getting stronger and recovery and eating right bro you’ll get big trust me all the supplement shit is hit or miss
