Finally down to target weight for my height (was 240; now I’m 170). Anyone have any good beginner workouts for me to start up tomorrow? I feel like it’s that time where I can no longer procrastinate on working out and I just need to throw myself into it.
To clarify I’m happy with my body I feel healthy but now I want to just build muscle like crazy cause I lost some muscle mass on the diet and I’m tired of the dad bod.
