There’s nothing wrong with “exhausting yourself” as long as you’re staying hydrated and getting proper recovery (sleeping and eating well)

yes, but normally i keep cardio in zone 2 or low zone 3 and when i lift if it feels heavy i drop the reps

I don’t go. It’s a personal choice because I noticed I was bleeding longer when I was working out than not. It’s a little difficult when I’m done with my period but I like it that way.

heart rate zones! i’d recommend looking them up because google can explain wayyy better than i can, but pretty much each heart rate zone has its own benefits for your CV health

not really. i get more tired but i can still lift. if you're so tired you can't exercise or function well in life def get medical attention
