Eating whatever I usually eat in my diet and burning 600+ active calories as tracked by my Apple Watch has brought me from 135lbs to 125lbs in the past three months. What are some advice for the next step of my cut/body recomp? Exercise more, or diet?

Twin you’re 125 unless you’re a 5’2” girl the next step of the cut is to stop cutting. Start on a bulk, 400 kcal surplus and exercise.

Okay! I’ve never been on a bulk yet bc I didn’t trust myself to know what exercises to do to gain muscle instead of become chubby. But thank you! I’ll try it

There’s really great resources online for this. If I were you I’d look up like “best exercises for quads” “best exercises for back” whatever you want to work on, and try to follow some of those. It’s the exact same as exercising on a cut except you’ll have more energy and be gaining weight instead :). If you’re worried about getting chubby and don’t want to go on severe cut/bulk cycles, you could also lower your calorie surplus down from 400. Gaining more slowly improves the ratio of muscle/fat
