I boil mine (with spices so it’s not bland) so it stays moist

I boil like 10-14oz of chicken and blend it with a can of black beans, then spread it out and melt like 2 cups of shredded cheese over it, eat with hot sauce

Sum total of 1775cal and 145g protein, also easily divided into multiple prepped meals, but the blending makes it realistically small enough for a hungry guy to eat it in one sitting
