I go sleep at 9-9:30 pm to wake up at 5am and prepare my pre workout snack, eat my oats I left overnight. Arrive at the gym at 6, workout for 1:30 hours, do 30 minutes of cardio. Get back and shower and eat. And the day feels so relaxing 😎 finals week

I just need to go to sleep at that time🤦🏾‍♀️ everything else I’ve been doing but on too little sleep

I’m just crazy and have issues, definitely not sane. But do what works for you :) This is just what I find helps me
