how is the rest of my body toned asl but my core/torso? what workouts am i missing? i do cardio 4 times a week, active job, and honestly should eat more food than i do lmfao

Most people are predisposed to store more body fat around there; protects your organs and stuff. Just means you would need to lose more fat overall if you want to be lean everywhere

Do you do core/ab workouts? You gotta actually train core to grow core 'Skinny abs' is just starving yourself until you're so emaciated that your natural abdominal folds are visible under your skin lmao For actual core muscle you've gotta work hard

No workout you’ll ever do will change this. People store fat differently. Only way is have a lower body fat %.

OH- okay. So. Both of the ab crunch chairs are fantastically optimal (the one where your feet are planted and you curl forward, and the one where you're elevated and crunch with both upper and lower body) do them both!! Do weighted deadbugs to work the TVA and for deep core strength Hollow holds for core strength Weighted suitcases Hanging leg raises And if you want to work isolated obliques, the torso twist/swivel machine is fantastic
