Keep it up bro you’re gonna be crazy looking in a year if you’re consistent. Try eating every 2.5 hours don’t skip any meals and end of the day drink whey protein shakes mix with whole milk and full fat plain Greek yogurt for bonus protein and probiotics to help you digest all those meals without pain from gut issues. Don’t forget fiber too beans are elite for this plus some protein with fiber.

Literally as a lanky guy I recommend lean bulking too! Progress may be slow but man the comment is get about my chest growing makes me feel good 😊
