Starved myself down to 11% body fat. I look athletic and shredded, but I feel shitty with low energy. How do fitness influencers maintain these physiques without feeling like crap all the time?

they don't have jobs. deadass their only task is to look good. you have other things to do so it's not sustainable nor profitable.

i think part of being an influencer is feeling like crap all the time. i think that’s also part of why those people choose that lifestyle

Genetics or steroids that artificially replace the hormones disruption caused by being that lean. It’s cool to get down that lean to bulk but trying to maintain it usually doesn’t pan out. Bulking will help you feel better. It’s not worth being lean for a long time.
