I need some tips from anyone. I’m a girl wanting to lose a crap ton of weight, goal weight is 47 pounds down. What should I do in the gym to make my progress faster? I’ve lost about 5 pounds so far but I need it to stick, any tips???

Make sure that whatever diet and workout plan you use is sustainable long term — go for the cut now but make sure to do it with healthy foods so when you get to the goal weight and eat a maintenance amount (the amount of food you need to survive long term) you’ll be able to stick to it more or less, also 1200 calories is very low so not recommended to do it too long

The diet change will be your main enabler, as it is what causes you to gain or lose weight. Exercising daily will also speed up the process and help you gain muscle. You can’t rush it, but if I had to to say I would incorporate a lot of fiber in your diet to keep you full (as well as protein obvisouly). But avoid highly processed foods as they generally cause water retention and will not help you get closer to your goal. Whole foods and nutritious meals will be what gets you there

I also forgot to mention I am sticking to 1200 calories and have changed my diet

If you’re on 1200 you’ll lose the weight, just give it a bit more time, this stuff takes a few months. I’d acc worry 1200 is too low, esp if u aren’t like under 5’1 or sm

Damn. Yeah ur chilling then most likely. Js give it some time and the weight will come off. I’d track with Cronometer or smth, that’s helpful to me. Make sure you’re tracing cooking oils and everything too, at such a small diet even like tbsp (just an example but yk) will be ~1% of your daily intake. It builds up quick
