I gotchu, my best friend does triathlons competitively. They competed in nationals multiple times and also worlds. I asked them on your behalf what would be good ways to train and they put notes together for you.

Happy to help! Side note, the workout plan depends on your goal in the race. This is the workout plan in order to compete on a national level. If you are doing a triathlon for fun and the goal is to finish, my friend said you will only need about 12 weeks of training and half the effort. Anyway, just wanted to clarify. Hope the race goes well!
