Excess volume can sometimes make legs less enjoyable. What do your exercises and sets look like for a leg day?

Not gonna lie I mostly just avoid it 🫣 but when I do it’s typically 3x8-10 of leg press, extensions and curls, calf raises, hip abductor and adductors, sometimes glute kick backs

I’m also a former athlete so it’s not like my legs aren’t strong, I just don’t like it 🤷‍♀️
