My salmon cake, 1130cal and 119g protein. It’s not quite Michelin star worthy, but it tastes pretty good for how basic it is. Debone a can of salmon (nets ~11oz) and mix in a bowl with 3 egg and 1/4cup of flour. (Continued in comments)

Pour 1 cup of shredded cheddar in a small skillet with nonstick spray, on medium heat. Put the mix on top, spread out and flatten evenly. Let it cook on medium heat until the sides at the top of the pan begin to brown, then flip over into a second pan and continue on medium heat for a few minutes and it’s done. Easily divided into portions based on a persons desires
