I love how some people who don’t put 100% effort into leg exercises have these beautiful majestic quads, and then there’s me who’s practically a tomato face on squats and extensions and I STILL have these measly ass legs

They said that upper body you can train “powerlifting style” and increase in mass, but lower body will grow much slower and in order to grow it faster you gotta increase the reps. Idk if the science behind this is valid though im only going off hearsay

I tried doing higher reps on legs because I heard somewhere legs need higher reps, and it really started to grow my legs like crazy

I go up to 15-18, once I get to 18 I increase reps to a point to doing 15 while struggling, and then work up to 18 reps and so on and so on

Ive heard that even more reps could be good though too make sure to do your research
