How'd you grow your arms?
You’re literally so cool, what’s your routine
I bench two times a week, regular grip and close grip as well as lots of tricep push downs, face pulls honestly I don’t train my biceps much

I weight train 4 times a week, mma 2-3 times a week and I get abt 8-12 k steps a day :)
