By that logic you should also skip the gym since that will make you sweat and dehydrate you. It would be better to simply put in more effort to be hydrated

It’s tough to drink lots of just water, water is boring sometimes. Stock up on things like Powerade, vita ices, and liquid deaths, all water but a lot more appealing to drink, especially if you’re going to be dipping heavily into the alcohol
