3 years after I started, went from 120lbs and extremely skinny to 150lbs and fit, skinny guy abs to actual abs, and brought my bench from <100 to 225! No one else that would care about this so figured I’d share on here! I’m so happy about the changes :D

I feel this dude so proud i was 125 and now 150 2 yrs later, my bench isnt quite 225 yet but im getting close to 185 keep it up bro🙏🙏

Them 30lbs make the difference frrr when I went from 130-160 it was life changing lol

Damn dude congrats! I’m on a similar journey rn, but I started at around 95lbs and have made my way up to 128lbs at 5’9”. Still a long way to go though as I’m not big by any means but it’s nice to not be severely underweight anymore

I’ve been told I have a high metabolism but realistically, I’ve really just never eaten much. I don’t really have much advice to gain weight tbh, I just stayed consistent at the gym and ate fairly healthy and the weight kinda just came naturally

The only things I’ve consistently eaten (at least once each every couple days) are probably beef (lean/fat percentage didn’t matter a crazy amount to me since I was trying to gain weight), eggs (if I have breakfast, it’s my go-to), and a protein shake (just milk and protein powder)
