I’m eating 2k cals with 10k steps + weight training 4 days/week. Still hitting PRs every week but WHY AM I ONLY LOSING 4 pounds a month😭

This is a great spot to be in. You’re definitely only losing fat and you are doing this sustainably. I would say stay the course

i mean that’s a pound a week, which is normal. that’d only be slow if you’re obese. idk your situation but it’s harder to lose weight if you’re already at a healthy weight

4 pounds a month is pretty good tbh.

you’re probably also losing fat and gaining muscle, which isn’t reflected by the scale

4lbs a month is healthy and real fat loss. Also heavy training and eating at a deficit means that your body’s constantly yo-yoing, glycogen stores and water weight, which will throw off the scale says versus what’s actually happening in your body. Stay the course.

From the sounds of it you could even be gaining muscle

That’s what I’m told it’s just frustrating. I’m down 55 total but the first 30 was in the first two months. Very slow since then. Still have like 100 to go. I lost 130lbs years ago doing keto and I was losing 4-5 a week consistently🙃

It gets slower exponentially the lower you get it’s not a flat rate. Just stay disciplined and focus on the health benefits you’re seeing from being consistent and less on the weight, that comes with time.
