Hey all, can I get some recs for trying to gain weight (in a healthy way)? I won’t be in the house too much, so I know it’ll be tough, but I’ve been around the same weight for a while now (and actually lost a couple lbs due to stress). Any advice helps!

Nuts are a great source of healthy fats! Avocado as well, so adding some guac to meals is great! Full fat yogurt is great as well!

Don’t even try fiddling with all the healthy shit honestly. You just gotta start gobbling everything in sight. Workout, eat hella fast food, drink protein shakes, and snack on whatever you want all day. McDonald’s app is a hack, get good deals and points for free food. I eat that shit everyday and I’ve gained over 20lbs of lean mass in the last 6 months. Just make sure you workout and you’ll be fine.
