At what point would one stop perfecting form and start progressively overloading?

Well if you have good form and you can maintain that at a higher working weight, go for it. If your form gets sloppy during ur reps, maybe ur not there yet. At least this is what I do. I’ve changed weights mid set bc I was like nope I can’t

Once your form is good. Doesn’t have to be perfect, just good
