Half the battle my friend is stepping into the gym. You’re doing so well so far because most of the USA (I’m assuming you’re from the US) does NOT even exercise! Keep going!

I’ve been splitting my days into 4: legs/glutes+cardio, arms/upper body+cardio, abs+cardio, hour of cardio. I recently just learned that I should hit both lower and upper body twice a week instead of once so now I have to change some things and I’m honestly overwhelmed. Need help with meals that are high in fiber and protein too.
