Is 1000 calories a day to burn too much?

Ya depends on your current height/weight/sex, but regardless 1000 is way way too low. You can look up online your caloric maintenance, it might not be 100% but it gives you an idea of the range you want to be in

Really? I thought for active calories that was pretty good. Over 10000 steps and like 30 minutes of cardio plus and hour and a half of weightlifting, but I don’t track that.

Oh I misread the comment! I thought you were talking ab eating 1000 calories a day mb. Nah burning 1000 a day is more than doable. But keep in mind your body burns the most calories just keeping itself alive.

😂😂😂thanks. I am and doing it has been going good I just am considered because gauging what’s healthy and what’s bordering disorders kind of eludes me every once in a while
