How to get abs no gym. 22 yr old, 5’2 woman. I have a prior tailbone injury so doing sit-ups and any floor shit is really challenging but I’m really wanting a masculine build so any tips would help

Abs are made in the gym and shown in the kitchen. But fat from weight lifting and eat healthy food with a calorie deficit. For ab workouts do leg raises for lower two abs and the v, machine or cable ab crunches for the top two. Do Russian frosts for your obliques(sides of abs). But the last one is optional. It will add a better frame to your abs tho
