Thank you to the dude on here that told me to go lighter on my back exercises I actually was able to feel my lats today also doing one side at a time also helped with mind muscle connection

So unfortunately you took bad advice. Feeling the muscle more might seem like you're creating more muscle growth, but it's just a symptom of fatigue. Once your form is consistent you should be increasing the weight you're using as you build muscle, to continually create more force to stimulate new muscle growth

nah man if you overlift you’ll end up using poor form and compensating with other muscles. you can lift as light as you want as long as you’re going to/near failure. you’re right though that once form is good and you’re able to get 12+ reps before failure you should up the weight.
