how can i get more visible abs? is it mostly just to have less body fat?

It really is a mix, but If you struggle to lower your body fat % you can also grow the ab muscle to the point where it’s visible at a higher body fat. I’m at 17% and have mostly visible abs.

^ i’m not sure exactly where i’m at but most likely 15-20% and I also have visible abs and have had them during a bulk where i was around 10lbs heavier so it really depends on your insertions and where your body stores its fat

The majority of my fat gets stored in my face, my ass, and my chest so 🤷

i store most of my fat in my stomach… like my legs and face and everything looks like i have a much lower body fat %

If that’s the case than focus on growing your core rather than cutting. Cutting is temporary but growing the muscle is a far more important. I personally try to do a little bit of core strengthening every workout. My go to are Cable crunches, framer carries, Russian twist, and dumbbell side bends

I use them from time to time, but your best bet is gonna be leg raises!!! If they’re too hard or you’re not flexible enough try knee raises instead

you could do them hanging or captains chair if your gym has one
