I really really want to get super muscular without doing a bulk and cut because I’m recovering from a bad ED and I’m afraid that would make me relapse. Any tips? Thank you in advance 🙏🏻

If you're eating near your maintenance calories you can put on muscle by consistently lifting hard and eating high protein
